My Dear Wonderful Amazing Beautiful Family,
You
are all the best! I love you. I'm sorry that you all had sore throats
this week. Even when we are on opposite ends of the world we all end of
feeling the same. :) But I'm glad to hear that everyone is still happy
and that life is good! London's basketball games sound awesome!!! You
don't know how badly I want to just sit and watch one of her games!...
But you know I wouldn't be just sitting... Screaming, cheering, maybe
even running along the sidelines with them. :) Haha I can't wait to
watch her rock it her senior year! That's going to be awesome! :) Did
Bubba have a good birthday? Will you all just give him a big squish for
me? :) And just give all of yourselfs a big squish from me as well. :) I
just love you all so much I can't even stand it! You are the best!
So this week was...... AMAZING!!!!! Probably the
most successful week of my whole mission so far!!! Wow there were
sooooooo many miracles I can't even count them all! We taught 26 lessons
this week and it was so crazy how it all went about! There were plenty
of cancelations and let downs but there was always a miracle that
followed right after that and so many blessings that just came flowing
in that we almost feel guilty because we didn't do anything do deserve
all of this success! It was completely awesome! We made our goal for the
transfer in just the 3rd week and we are so blessed! It is amazing! I
testify with all of my heart and soul that the Lord hears and answers
our prayers and all of the righteous desires of our hearts! I was
praying so hard to reach 25 lessons and the Lord said," You know what,
I'll give you one more just for good measure." I am so grateful for his
love and his mercy! We have been teaching and finding like crazy and we
have more potentials here now than ever before!
This last week we have been teaching a young man
named Mirek and he is pretty cool. :) A little quirky at times but we
like him all the same. ;) We have met with him almost everyday this week
and we committed him to a baptismal date in March. He is accepting
everything we teach him pretty well but he just lacks the conviction and
the enthusiasm to find out for himself if it is true. I know he can
make it, he just needs to have spiritual experiences of his own first
before he can really comprehend the amazingness of this wonderful
message. So if you could pray for Mirek and continue to pray for Jirina
as well that would be wonderful! She had a bit of a rougher week this
week and she just looked completely exhausted when we went to visit her,
but she is still seeing the blessings from the Lord in her life and I
admire her for that! The people here are awesome and all they need is a
little hope and light in their lives!
The work going on here is amazing and I am so
incredibly grateful and blessed to be apart of the work here, especially
in Ostrava! I would not rather be anywhere else! I can't say that with a
sincere heart now. :) Thank you all for ALL of your prayers! I tell you
with all my heart and soul that a little prayer just goes such a long
way! Thank you for everything, for all that you are, for all that you do
for me! I LOVE YOU!
..... AHHHHH there is just too much awesomeness here
I can't even control myself! Me and Sister Huggard have had quite a few
moments where we just need to take time to freak out because of all the
amazing blessings we see every day! We end up just running around the
apartment screaming, "This Place is on FIRE! Ahhhhhhh!!! Ch ch ch ch ch
ch CHA!!!" and then end up calming down long enough to say a prayer of
thanks. :) It is quite the show with us two. :) Really though, Sister
Huggard is such a hard worker and I am grateful to have her here. :) We
are loving it here and I can't even express to you how happy I am! This
work is AWESOME! Being a missionary is the best!
I love love love love love you all with ALL of my
heart and soul! I hope you have a wonderful and blessed week and I can't
wait to hear from you! Keep the Faith! There are wonderful things to
come! I LOVE YOU!
s laskou,
Sister Taylor Steglich :)
